In the UK we are currently over 400 strong and we have plans for continued growth over the coming years. Our target is to grow to 500 during 2025 through the development our UK nuclear service offerings.
The delivery of effective external and internal marketing and communications will be essential to achieving these goals.
The Framatome Ltd Tax Manager coordinates and controls all tax related matters of the company. Working with other internal teams and external advisors the tax advisor will ensure accurate reporting to HMRC compliance with regulations and internal controls and implementing tax strategies for the UK.
Tax advisor duties and responsibilities;
Responsibile for gathering inputs and ultimately preparation & submission of the annual R&D return.
Identify potential new R&D projects and work with teams to ensure data / information is captured and tracked.
Ensure compliance with internal transfer pricing policies working closely with operations and sales when required.
Prepare & submit of VAT returns on a quarterly basis.
Prepare & submit CIS returns on a monthly basis.
Coordinate other tax matters where required (STBV NRD Expat taxes)
Ensure compliance with other HMRC limits and regulations.
Advise the business on other tax advantages and stretegic decisions.
Adhoc projects as required.
Communication with central tax team in group.
