- Warmlywelcome and greet all visitors and contractors creating a lasting firstimpression.
- Handle telephone calls emails and accesscontrol with efficiency and clarity showcasing professionalism.
- Ensure effective communication withstakeholders and their visitors guiding them smoothly through the building.
- Maintain a pristine reception areacollaborating with the cleaning team to uphold our standards.
- Work hand in hand with security to upholdproperty fire and life safety regulations ensuring everyones well-being.
- Support stakeholders with their deliveriesproviding timely notifications to elevate their experience.
- Be the first point of contact between thebuilding management team and visitors embodying our brand with a friendlypersonality a warm smile a proactive spirit and a genuine willingness tohelp.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Previousexperience in a reception or people facing role in hospitality industry.
- Professionalcommunication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficientin Microsoft outlook and Excel
- Backgroundin corporate hospitality reception or hotel front of house team.
