Job Description

Job Summary:

The Training Lead is responsible for developing and leading the strategy and implementation of the enterprise-wide ERP training program. This includes assessing training needs designing comprehensive training strategies developing engaging training programs and materials coordinating and facilitating training sessions evaluating training effectiveness and providing ongoing support to employees during the change process. Collaboration with various teams and stakeholders is essential to ensure alignment with the overall change management strategy and program readiness.
Location: White Plains New York United States
Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough training needs assessments.
- Develop a comprehensive training strategy aligned with ERP modernization goals.
- Design and develop training programs and materials in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions workshops and webinars.
- Create and update training materials including presentations user guides job aids and e-learning modules.
- Manage the logistical aspects of training such as scheduling sessions and coordinating with trainers.
- Develop evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Collaborate with the OCM team to ensure training aligns with the overall change management strategy.
- Maintain documentation of training activities and prepare regular reports on training progress.
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage a wide range of complex stakeholder relationships.
Required Skills & Certifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and training development roles.
- Minimum of at least 1 full lifecycle ERP implementation experience as a Training team member of an ERP solution.
- Demonstrated experience in effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Demonstrated competency in interpersonal skills effective communication facilitation organizational skills and presentation skills.
- Experience planning and/or conducting training in a hybrid environment.
- Strong experience as a project manager of large and complex projects.
- Experience helping employees transition to new systems and processes.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:

- Broad knowledge of ERP software.
- Experience with SAP Workday and Ivalua.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
