Job Description :
- Understand the entire HR Technology portfolio including but not limited to configurations customizations and integrations of different systems with Workday.
- Work independently and collaborates with several teams across globe.
- Serve as primary daily contact on delivery of services; Develops implements documents and monitors scope of work to ensure delivery of high-quality services and products.
- Responsible for creating impact analysis documents that help us deliver thorough solutions.
- Aptitude to learn new technologies to help HR keep pace with the industry.
- Supports annual / half-yearly events that correlate to each individual Workday module.
Experience/Skills Required:
- Bachelors degree in computer science/information systems/engineering.
- 6 years of hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM Workday Compensation Advance Compensation and Workday Security.
- Experience/knowledge of Workday Recruiting and Workday Time and Absence would be a plus.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
