BASE SALARY COMMISSION FULL-TIME POSITION
Team Chevrolet in Alice TX is hiring a driven competitive and career-minded automotive sales professional. This is a high-traffic dealership with a strong brand and massive earning potential. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Engage showroom customers and convert visits into closed sales

Present and compare vehicle options features and benefits confidently

Guide customers through test drives and the purchase process

Build rapport follow up with leads and nurture long-term relationships

Maintain detailed customer data using dealership CRM systems

Support team goals and collaborate to exceed sales targets
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:

High school diploma or GED (college preferred)

Automotive sales experience preferred but not required

Excellent communication confidence and closing ability

Professional appearance and attitude with strong work ethic

Valid drivers license and clean background
