Job Description
This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence once a month and during critical phases of the project lifecycle (such as testing go-live and stakeholder workshops).
- Lead or support the implementation of Oracle Fusion Payroll for a public sector client.
- Conduct requirement gathering gap analysis and solution design specific to government payroll policies and compliance standards.
- Configure payroll elements earnings deductions costing and fast formulas in Fusion HCM.
- Collaborate with HR finance and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment of business requirements with system configuration.
- Perform unit testing support UAT resolve issues and assist with data conversion and reconciliation.
- Document configurations test scenarios and support post-go-live stabilization.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations specific to public sector payroll processing.
- Participate in cutover planning go-live support and hypercare activities.
