Job Title : SAP Data Migration/Transformation SME
Location : Loveland Colorado (Remote with Travel)
Duration : 6 Months Contract (Potential Extension up to 18 Months)

- 10 years experience leading multiple data transformation projects from legacy systems to SAP
- must be very familiar with all forms of large data loads from various master data sources: Customer Material Vendor etc.
- must have experience with SAP LTMC (Legacy Transfer Migration Cockpit)
Job Description
Our client is undergoing a massive SAP implementation project and needs expert level help with their data migration and transformation efforts for the current and future releases of SAP which has already been deployed to multiple business units and regions.
In June they had a Mock conversion and it didnt go well there were 100 defects and challenges that need to get resolved. These data objects need to be brought up to standard. In the beginning of September theyll start Master Data loads for the next deployment which goes live on Oct 3rd.
There are 2 additional deployments in Mar and Oct of 2026.
They need to bring on a very senior SAP Data consultant who is hands-on (not an advisor or strategist or architect) and:
- has deep data analysis experience when it comes to huge data conversions.
- has significant on SAP S/4 Data conversion projects - has done this multiple times for various customers
- can assist with bringing data objects up to SAP standard
- is very familiar with moving data objects in lift & shift projects
- must be very technical (they are NOT looking for a strategist or any type of architectural help the architecture is already established)
- must have deep data transformation experience from legacy systems to SAP (they are utilizing BODS for ETL)
- must be a data migration expert
- must be familiar with all forms of large data loads from various master data sources: Customer Material Vendor etc.
- must have experience with SAP LTMC (Legacy Transfer Migration Cockpit)
This would be a 6-month assignment with the probability of an extension through 2026.
Can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Because of the interaction with business and IT leaders great communication skills are required.
