Job Description:
- Strong background in Design and develop custom applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform using both low-code (e.g. Flow Designer ServiceNow Studio) and pro-code (e.g. JavaScript AngularJS) approaches.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM ITOM HRSD and others to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain workflows UI policies business rules client scripts and other platform components.
- Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs Kafka MID Server and other integration tools.
- Automate business processes and tasks using ServiceNows Flow Designer and other automation capabilities.
- A suitable phrase to describe experience in accessing data between scoped applications and global database tables in ServiceNow could be:
- Proficient in managing data access and integration between scoped applications and global database tables within the ServiceNow platform
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer - Golden standard
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
- ServiceNow Citizen developer training Must to have
