Your Task:
- Collaborate with customers and technical teams to understand challenges and identify opportunities to add value through T-Systems solutions.
- Assist Presales Sales Experts and Sellers during early phases of customer engagements.
- Work closely with Cloud Professional Services Portfolio Excellence and Managed Services teams to support the development of the professional services portfolio.
- Contribute to improving overall customer satisfaction through effective support and communication.
- Provide support to the Program Management team in managing and prioritizing partner initiatives.
- Act as a technical contact point to help achieve partner objectives.
- Help expand relationships with solution providers and strategic partners.
- Assist in planning and facilitating workshops with industry lines sales and technical teams and support follow-up on action items.
- Participate in public communication efforts with customers and partners by contributing content for blogs podcasts or other media.
- Support the creation of content for internal publications roadshows or events.
- Provide input on existing products by benchmarking against current market offerings.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to support product improvement efforts.
- Assist in developing strategic technical plans aligned with T-Systems overall direction.
- Support the Technical Business Evangelist Team in creating technical radars and engaging in innovation activities like Working Backwards Hackathons.
- Collaborate with the Rapid Prototyping Team to develop Proofs of Concept for use cases and assist in presentations to Sales or customers.
Qualifications :
Your Profile:
- Capable of consulting and collaborating with stakeholders and customers managing their expectations with confidence and a professional demeanor during interactions.
- Solid understanding of scalability processes and related techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Hyperscaler offerings especially in areas such as Landing Zones (e.g. AWS Control Tower) security and machine learning.
- Possess at least one Hyperscaler professional certification with two or more specializations (e.g. Security Machine Learning) preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise customer projects within the AWS environment.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in agile teams.
- Experience representing the company and its products through public engagements such as blogs webinars or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to collaborate with and manage international and cross-functional teams.
- Developed network through involvement in Hyperscaler programs like AWS Community Builder or active participation in AWS User Groups.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills effective within international and virtual team environments.
