CGEMJP Software Asset Management B1 Mumbai/Bangalore/Hyderabad Team Name: Global Software Asset Management Overall Exp: 3-6 years Grade: B1 Location: Mumbai/Bangalore/Hyderabad Shift: Yes 18*5 Operations Job Description: Manage and resolve Software Asset request by following the Standard Operating process Meet target OLA & MTTR for software tickets Tracking and documenting the license entitlement records Preparing compliance reports Software product version management User support Must Have Skills & Experience: Reasonable knowledge on Service request Management using ITSM Tool such as ServiceNow Remedy. Good knowledge on type of Software such licenced Opensource Freeware etc and License metric such User based Device Based Floating etc. Fundamental on Windows Desktop OS Good Verbal communication & spoken English language skills with good attention to detail. Good hands-on with Excel Word. Should have worked with ITAM Tools such as Snow Flexera Eracent ServiceNow etc. Experience on Licensing for Major publishers such as Microsoft Adobe IBM Oracle Basic knowledge on Active Directory Office 365 services Exposure to software deployment tools like Microsoft SCCM Intune Understanding of software asset lifecycle
