Job Description:
- Experience with M365 Services Microsoft Teams Exchange Online SharePoint Online OneDrive PowerBI Power Apps/Power Automate Co-Pilot and Viva Engage
- Management and operational experience with Azure platform Azure Infrastructure and Cloud Services
- Ability to monitor M365 Service usage performance and troubleshoot issues
Good to Have:
- Ability to analyse errors including call quality for platforms such as MS Teams and define appropriate actions for resolving issues/incidents and restoring stability
- Participated in incident/problem management processes
- Track record in identifying and implementing process and operational improvements
