We are pleased to inform you the following operations head with a reputed digital marketing agency in Mumbai.
JD :-
Youll be the ops backbone of the agency - a behind-the-scenes enabler who ensures work gets done done well and done profitably.
1. Keep the Wheels Turning Smoothly
Coordinate delivery timelines capacity and resource planning across departments.
Monitor project flow and work closely with account and strategy leads to keep things moving
Solve delivery bottlenecks without disrupting the creative flow
2. Design Systems That Support Not Suffocate
Implement tools and processes that make life easier not heavier
Automate the admin streamline reporting and make room for real work
Keep an eye on whats working and whats slowing us down
3. Track Talent Utilisation - Without Owning the Teams
Work with team leads (Creative Strategy Account Management Tech) to match skills with demand
Forecast and flag bandwidth issues early
Support hiring plans and onboarding but never micromanage how teams function
4. Own the Profitability - Quietly and Confidently :-
Track service costs margins utilisation and delivery health
Partner with leadership and finance to ensure were running smart lean and profitable
Keep us efficient without making creativity feel like a cost centre
WHO YOU ARE :-
5 8 years in agency operations studio/ traffic/ project management
Knows how to manage workflows without managing people
Loves numbers dashboards and delivery charts - but knows when to shut up and listen
Tech-savvy: fluent with project management and automation tools
Proactive young operations candidates who will take care of end to end operations business process Automation AI tools resource allocation
