Job Description

Job Title: Account Executive
Location: Chandler AZ (Hybrid Remote)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: As per Exp.
Supplemental Pay: Bonus Opportunities Commission Pay Performance Bonus

Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join their dynamic team in Chandler AZ. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility to work from home while maintaining an active presence with clients and team members.

As an Account Executive you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by managing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong sales acumen excellent communication skills and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients to drive satisfaction renewals and growth.

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling prospecting and networking.

  • Understand client needs and challenges and recommend tailored solutions using a consultative approach.

  • Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

  • Track and report sales activities pipeline development and performance metrics against defined targets.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends competitor offerings and technological advancements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5 years of sales experience with proven success in meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.

  • Strong background in account management and customer relationship development.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.

  • Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies based on market insights.

  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive independently and in collaborative environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in technology or IT services sales.

  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as Value-Based Selling or Strategic Selling.

  • Previous experience working within the ServiceNow partner ecosystem.

  • Demonstrated ability to win new logos hunter mindset with a focus on business development.
