We are seeking an experienced and integrity-driven Senior Live Production Manager to lead all aspects of our poultry live operations at our Monroe NC facility. This leadership role is highly field-based (not office-oriented) and is responsible for managing breeders hatchery broilers feed mill and live haul operations. You will oversee daily production activities develop team members ensure compliance with regulatory and animal welfare standards and deliver results that meet customer demands.

This is a backfill position due to the retirement of a long-tenured leader. Youll step into a high-functioning cohesive team and provide the leadership to continue its success.

• Oversee daily live production activities across breeders hatchery broilers feed mill and live haul.

• Maintain strict adherence to biosecurity protocols and animal welfare standards.

• Prioritize field-based supervision with the majority of time spent at production sites.

• Lead train and mentor farm managers and live production personnel.

• Foster a respectful and collaborative team culture rooted in integrity dignity and support.

• Evaluate individual and team performance; implement coaching and improvement plans.

• Optimize health management breeding feeding and environmental conditions to drive production efficiency.

• Ensure timely delivery of live animals to meet processing schedules and customer requirements.

• Monitor KPIs and make data-driven decisions to meet budget and production goals.

• Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations including animal welfare and safety standards.

• Conduct internal audits prepare reports and support third-party inspections as needed.

• Maintain accurate records for production mortality feed and other operational data.

• 5 7 years of experience in poultry live production management including 3 years in a senior/supervisory role.

• Proven expertise in breeder operations and understanding of hatchery and broiler operations.

• Strong ability to prioritize field-based management over administrative/office work.

• Demonstrated integrity strong work ethic and ability to lead with respect and professionalism.

• Must pass background screening in compliance with Animal Welfare standards.

• Prior experience managing large multi-functional poultry operations.

• Strong problem-solving planning and organizational skills.

• Effective communicator with ability to influence at all organizational levels.

• Proficient in data analysis and production software platforms.

• Base Salary: Based on experience

• Bonus: Up to 15% based on performance
