Job Description
Job Title: Shipping Clerk
Location: Watertown WI
Shift/Work Schedule: Monday Friday 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
Compensation: As per Exp.
Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent On-site

We are seeking a Shipping Clerk to support our afternoon shift operations. This position is responsible for loading and unloading trucks managing inventory movement and operating equipment to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods.
Key Responsibilities-
Follow all company safety health GMP quality and food safety protocols

Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet-handling equipment

Operate yard tractors and barcode scanning equipment

Build and prepare pallets for shipment accurately

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all shipping and receiving activities

Ensure proper handling and storage of materials

Maintain clean safe and organized work areas

Previous experience in shipping warehouse or logistics is preferred

Forklift driving experience required; must pass Forklift Operator certification test

Ability to use computers barcode scanners and other warehouse technology

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to communicate effectively in English (read write and speak)

Self-motivated dependable and capable of working with minimal supervision

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in temperatures between 60 90 F or more

Willingness to work overtime during peak production periods
