Job Description
Title: Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Location: Fort Worth TX
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in Manhattan Active Warehouse Management System (WMS) to support our supply chain and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the configuration implementation and ongoing support of the Manhattan Active WMS platform ensuring efficient warehouse execution inventory control and order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead or support the implementation and optimization of Manhattan Active WMS in alignment with operational needs.
Work closely with warehouse operations IT and business stakeholders to define and configure system workflows rules and integrations.
Manage system testing UAT and training for end-users.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support for WMS-related activities.
Analyze warehouse processes and recommend system-driven improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with the Manhattan Associates support team for issue resolution and updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience with Manhattan Active WMS (preferably in a configuration support or deployment role).
Strong understanding of warehouse operations inventory management and order fulfillment workflows.
Experience with system integration (e.g. ERP TMS EDI) and data mapping is a plus.
Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Information Systems Logistics or a related field preferred.
