Job Description

Job Summary:

The Resource Developer plays a key role in enhancing and supporting existing programs to ensure alignment with applicable state regulations funding requirements and best practices. This position focuses on strengthening program infrastructure refining internal processes and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to support quality service delivery. The Resource Developer actively identifies gaps develops tools and implements sustainable systems to promote compliance and continuous improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Resource Developer is responsible for reviewing and analyzing existing program structures and documentation to assess compliance with state and federal regulations such as Title 17 Title 22 and DDS guidelines. They collaborate with leadership and frontline staff to identify areas needing improvement or development. They create revise and maintain operational tools such as workflows policy manuals checklists and reporting systems. They support the implementation of corrective action plans and prepare documentation for audits monitoring visits or reviews. The Resource Developer monitors updates to regulatory and funding agency requirements and ensures timely program adaptations. They provide technical assistance and training to staff on program standards compliance procedures and best practices. Coordination with internal departments (clinical administrative training) is key to aligning resources and enhancing program fidelity. The Resource Developer also tracks program performance metrics and assists in preparing data for reporting to stakeholders and funders. They promote a culture of accountability collaboration and innovation across all supported programs.

Qualifications:

A bachelors degree in Social Work Public Health Human Services or a related field is required with a masters degree preferred. A minimum of 3 5 years of experience in program development compliance or quality assurance within a human services or early intervention setting is expected. Strong knowledge of the California DDS system Title 17 regulations and Regional Center policies is essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational analytical and written communication skills and demonstrate the ability to develop tools and systems that support regulatory compliance and quality improvement. Proficiency in project management and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams is also required.
