Workday Integration Developer
We are hiring for a one-year contract role in the insurance sector supporting a Workday Development Team focused on system enhancements and integration projects. This hybrid role is based in downtown Toronto with three days onsite preferred (Tuesday Thursday). The successful candidate will bring deep Workday integration expertise and thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Incorporated Business Rate: $115-120 per hour.

Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities:
Analyze highly complex business requirements.
Generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications.
Act as an expert technical resource for modeling simulation and integration analysis.
Leverage industry best practices to design test implement and support scalable solutions.
Ensure quality security and compliance requirements are met.
Develop and maintain Workday integrations using Studio EIB Core Connectors RaaS Reports BIRT Webservice Extend and Payroll integrations (PECI PICOF).
Build Workday integrations with internal source systems and external vendors.
Create and manage validation rules and business processes.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday integration issues.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and validate technical requirements.
Support ongoing Workday HCM maintenance and system improvements.
Work in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality timely results.
What you will need to succeed:
5 years of experience configuring Workday integrations in an enterprise environment.
5 years of experience with HR systems including Workday and/or ADP Global View.
Proven experience developing integrations using Studio EIB Core Connectors RaaS Reports BIRT Webservice Extend and Payroll integrations (PECI PICOF).
Strong experience building integrations between Workday and internal/external systems.
Solid background in requirements gathering and business analysis.
Familiarity with SaaS platforms such as Compass and Salesforce.
Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Bachelors degree in computer science computer engineering or a related technical field.
Workday certification preferred.
Experience with additional payroll systems is an asset.
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a dynamic customer-focused environment.
