Shift Resource Technical capability: To manage Shifts as stated above support coverage. Monitoring the ISP links riase incidents with ISP and follow up for resolution. Monitor and follow up with the business partners links and their hardware. Hardware call with OEM and follow-up till replacement as per SCB process Resource needs to be Graduate and CCNA certified with at least 2 years of experience in networking field. Maintenance of network infrastructure including SDWAN SRACK LAN including Cisco catalyst and Nexus switches WAN Firewall Load balancer Cisco and Aruba wireless and data centre networks across Globe for Standard charted and its Subsidiaries. Good Hands-on Knowledge to implement on LAN Switching (STP VTP VLAN HSRP VRRP GLBP) Hands on Experience in Routing protocols like OSPF EIGRP and BGP. Working Knowledge in NAC Network Access Control LAN/Wireless security Hands on Experience on WAN Internet and MPLS connectivity in Enterprise Infrastructure. Manage P1 and P2 calls. Experience working in Multi-Vendor Environment like Avaya Juniper switches. Support and troubleshoot Business partner connectivity issues which is situated in SCB like RBI NSDL Blomberg etc Raise and closed Incident SRM and changes in service now portal on timely manner. Maintain Inventory for all network device and update the CMDB accordingly. Update all Diagrams. End-to end follow up and co-ordination with vendors/stake holders. Support DOT1x for Printer Access controller Camera VC devices. Network support for devices not supporting Dot1X like ATM /access controllers/ MDF etc & MAB bypass. MT Visits support in India. Support crosses connect and other cablings for DC and User desks. Support for High BW utilization issues; share top talker list. Support CTM requirements for network. Support UPS maintenance activities. BAU SAT Fixtures. Add and remove devices from production. Support RMA devices installations. Maintain Network HUB room and DC rack inventory and maintain cabling with labelling. Flexible to work in shifts weekend shifts and extend the support for any business-critical hours. Prepare and verify technical solution documents. Prepare KPI Report Prepare Bandwidth Report >85% Prepare Network Availability Report Prepare Bandwidth Utilization report. Prepare Internet Link Utilization & Trend Prepare Link Uptime report. Prepare Live Device Report Prepare Network devices Uptime Report Prepare EOL Devices report. Prepare Device Monitoring Report Prepare Device Backup Report Prepare Wi-Fi Utilization report. Prepare Network Highlights for the Month Prepare Network Lowlights for the month. Prepare Monthly capacity report. Support and complete the DR Drills and BCP across SCB locations. Prepare RCA reports. Perform Resiliency test. Complete the e-waste of the network devices. Decommission of the devices and do e-waste.
