Job Description
Skills and Experience:
Teamwork and communication
MS excel knowledge
Qualification Graduate (preferably in HR)
Experience 0 to 12 months.
ESSENCE OF ROLE- Key Responsibilities
Timely performance of assigned tasks and meet defined SLA
Ensure set accuracy levels
Co-ordinate with onshore stakeholders and address the issues
Maintain 100% quality for the assigned tasks
Ensure a customer centric and partnership approach to develop strong relationships with other working groups
Effective communication of issues across the SSC and working groups
