Job Description
Professional Work Experience: -
Leadership & Strategic Management
- Leading Environment Sustainability and Carbon Services across IMEA including Green Hydrogen Green Ammonia and Decarbonization projects.
- Spearheading Net Zero Carbon Neutrality Water Neutrality and Green Building Certification initiatives.
- Monthly Sustainability KPI reporting to HQ; driving ESG disclosures and alignment with global ESG frameworks.
Environmental Compliance & Regulatory Liaison
- Preparation and submission of environmental regulatory compliance reports to CPCB SPCB MOEF&CC and CGWA.
- Securing statutory environmental clearances (CTE CTO EC) authorizations and NOCs for large infrastructure projects including airports and water projects.
- Preparation of Environment Statements EC compliance reports CGWA compliance and hazardous waste utilization reports.
Project-Based Environmental Management
Noida International Airport (NIA):
- Developed and implemented the Environment Management Plan (EMP).
- Conducted internal ISO 14001:2015 audits and weekly environmental compliance walk-downs.
- Coordinated with stakeholders and conducted environmental awareness training.
- Led environmental monitoring and reporting through accredited third-party labs.
BNGBP Project:
- Prepared and executed EMP construction waste management plans and CGWA reporting.
- Conducted quarterly environmental monitoring and reporting.
- Managed GHG accounting (Scope 1 2 & 3) and implemented energy and water conservation best practices.
Ganga Water Lift Project (GWLP):
- Handled EMP preparation GHG accounting ISO 14001 audits and daily site inspections.
- Managed waste (construction & hazardous) and ensured full regulatory compliance.
Sustainability ESG & GHG Accounting
- Conducted LCA assessments using standard methodologies; identified environmental hotspots and recommended mitigation measures.
- Led sustainability report writing and ESG analysis for organizational reporting and strategy.
- Provided consultancy on sustainability initiatives across the value chain-internal teams suppliers and customers.
Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)
- Prepared EIA reports for mining building & large construction township and irrigation projects.
- Provided domain expertise as Water Quality & Solid Waste expert in EIA processes.
- Conducted site visits baseline monitoring data collection and presented project appraisals to EAC/SEAC.
Training Audits & Awareness
- Organized sustainability and environmental training programs for staff contractors and workmen.
- Conducted mock drills and ISO 14001 internal audits for EMS performance monitoring.
- Promoted environmental awareness through campaigns competitions and workplace engagement.
Technical & Monitoring Expertise
- GHG intensity accounting (Scope 1 2 & 3).
- Air water and soil sample testing; baseline monitoring and analysis.
- Regular inspection of flowmeters piezometers STPs and RO plants at multiple sites.
- Implemented noise mitigation and air pollution control strategies on-site.
