Job Description

Were looking for a detail-oriented entrepreneurial Marketing & Content Associate to join our team (1020 hours/week). This is a hands-on role that blends content creation AI-powered marketing and operations. Youll write and refine content manage campaigns on LinkedIn and Facebook run newsletters and keep our marketing systems running smoothly.

A key part of this role is using the latest AI tools (Gemini VEO3 and AI media/image tools) to generate and enhance content test new approaches and push creative boundaries. We want someone who isnt just comfortable with AI but excited to experiment with it from prompting to image generation to streamlining workflows.


Qualifications :

Responsibilities

  • AI-Enhanced Content Creation

    • Use AI tools (chatGPT Gemini VEO3 heygen) to draft edit and refine social posts blogs newsletters and thought leadership pieces.

    • Develop engaging and creative content aligned with our brand message and mission

    • Stay current with emerging AI tools and suggest ways to improve content and workflows.

  • Social Media & Community

    • Manage and schedule posts on LinkedIn and Facebook (via Buffer & HubSpot Social).

    • Monitor and respond to comments messages and inquiries in a timely professional manner.

    • Experiment with AI-generated media (images graphics video snippets) to boost engagement.

  • Campaigns & Email Marketing

    • Run and manage our marketing email newsletter (HubSpot).

    • Set up and manage retargeting and other paid social campaigns.

    • Organize and execute multi-step campaigns (social email blog retargeting).

  • Marketing Operations & Analytics

    • Build and maintain automations and processes (Zapier HubSpot workflows lead scoring).

    • Track and analyze social media metrics email performance and campaign outcomes.

    • Report on performance and recommend optimizations.

 

What Were Looking For

  • US-based; available 1020 hours/week.

  • Strong writer/editor with copyediting and proofreading skills.

  • Comfortable creating content with AI tools (Gemini VEO3 chatGPT etc.).

  • Experience with LinkedIn and Facebook campaigns (organic retargeting).

  • Skilled with HubSpot (social email workflows lead scoring).

  • Familiar with Buffer Zapier and marketing automation.

  • Organized detail-oriented and entrepreneurial thrives on trying new things.

  • Bonus: background in education edtech or B2B SaaS.

 

Compensation

  • $20/hour (contract role remote flexible hours)
