Job Title- Dispatch Coordinator
Job Location- Poonapalli Vil Mathagondapalli Tk Hosur
Working Days - 6 Days
Minimum Qualification:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering (mandatory)

Minimum 1 year of experience in Warehousing or related functions preferred
Job Summary:
We are seeking an Outbound Supervisor to oversee day-to-day outbound warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing dispatches coordinating with logistics teams ensuring accurate documentation and driving overall warehouse efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise outbound activities including order picking packing staging and dispatch

Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining quality standards

Monitor shop floor operations and manage workforce productivity
-
Coordinate with transporters and ensure on-time shipment
-
Maintain documentation and records of outbound shipments
-
Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure adherence to safety quality and compliance standards
Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and coordination skills

Critical thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables VLOOKUP IF statements etc.)

Ability to manage and supervise shop floor operations effectively
Preferred Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in warehouse/outbound logistics or related operations

Exposure to ERP/WMS systems will be an added advantage
