About the role

Were looking for a commercially savvy and strategic Partner Manager Marketing to lead the marketing activity with our key strategic content partners and be in charge of maximizing revenues across all markets. Based at our headquarters in Barcelona youll be a key driver of our marketing activities content monetization strategy owning relationships with streaming services app publishers and digital content providers on a global scale.

Youll work at the intersection of content product and advertising - negotiating high-impact deals designing win-win revenue models and optimizing partner performance to grow monetization across our Smart TV / Connected TV (CTV) ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the creation of paid advertising Media Plans based on partner needs and desired outcomes across EU for key content partners
  • Build media packages for global regional and local content partners aligned with product and advertising teams
  • Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify and act on trends in app usage user engagement and conversion funnel performance
  • Drive clicks app engagement and subscriber revenue growth by leading the selection and optimisation of marketing campaigns
  • Analyze quarterly partner reports alongside internal data to uncover insights trends and opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Identify new monetization opportunities with existing and prospective content partners

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of professional experience in partner marketing business development partner management or content strategy with a proven track record in CTV streaming apps or digital media.
  • At least 2-3 years of direct experience working for an SVOD content player managing their monetization activities.
  • Strong understanding of SVOD/TVOD/AVOD/FAST business models and revenue levers to drive your main KPI: subscribers/revenues.
  • Experience managing global or multi-regional partners.
  • Deep knowledge of CTV content ecosystems ad monetization and viewer behavior.
  • Sharp negotiation and communication skills - you know how to create value for both sides of the table.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into action.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish German French Italian etc.) are a plus.
