Commercial Sales Account Executive Global Technology (Hybrid Heredia Costa Rica)
We are looking for a Commercial Sales Account Executive to support our client a global technology leader in the data security and management space. This role is focused on driving growth within the commercial (mid-market) segment across the Americas.
This is a 6 month contract (extension or conversion to FTE possible 40-hour-per-week role. Must work 2 days per week onsite at the clients office in Heredia.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle for commercial accounts from prospecting and qualification to closing and renewal support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target organizations.
- Conduct outbound sales activities via phone email and social media to generate new business opportunities.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams including channel partners solutions engineers and marketing to drive customer success.
- Accurately forecast and manage pipeline using CRM tools and adhere to sales KPIs.
- Maintain deep knowledge of products competitive landscape and customer use cases to position value effectively.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Requirements:
- 3 years of B2B sales experience in a global B2B technology Company.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement tools.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and drive deals to close.
- Self-motivated results-oriented and comfortable working in a hybrid team structure.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Technology or a related field.
