Job Title: Program Manager with Retail
Location: Plano TX / Issaquah WA
Duration: 12 Months
Job Summary:
Candidate must have worked as developer tech lead etc and moved to the track of Project Management/Scrum Master.
He/She must possess prior experience in the Retail Domain.
As part of PM activities he/she must have co-ordinated production deployments.

Experience:
Overall IT experience 15 years
Minimum experience of 5 years in Project Management and Scrum Master roles
Top 3 Must Haves:
1. Project Management
2. Technical Management (GCP .NET)
3. Experience in Cloud Development and Migration
Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans that outline scope timelines and resource requirements.
Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures and ensure that they stay within the allocated budget.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
Performance Tracking: Track project progress and performance against established metrics.
Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and lead daily stand-ups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Remove Obstacles: Identify and eliminate blockers that impede the teams progress.
Coach the Team: Educate and guide the team in Agile practices and the Scrum framework.
Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team reflection and adaptation.
Collaboration: Work with the Product Owner to ensure that the product backlog is clear and prioritized.
Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics to stakeholders.
