Job Description:

Build and optimize ServiceNow dashboards and reports. Leverage ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting to provide insights into HR operations service efficiency and employee experience.

Ideal candidate will have experience with data visualization HR technology and business intelligence ensuring our HR teams have the right data to drive decision-making.

Major Duties and Responsibilities (75%):

Dashboard Development: Design and build ServiceNow HRSD dashboards to track key HR service metrics.

Report Creation & Automation: Develop and automate standard and ad hoc HR reports for case management SLA tracking and employee experience.

Dashboard Maintenance: Review and streamline existing ServiceNow HRSD dashboards retiring outdated redundant or unused reports to improve system performance.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR and IT teams to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions.
Additional Responsibilities (25%):

Support HRSD administrative operations by assisting the Knowledge Manager and Service Delivery Manager with routine platform tasks including:

Updating and organizing knowledge articles categories and workflows.

Reviewing article feedback and usage analytics to inform improvements.

Managing service configurations continuous improvement submissions and workflow updates.

Assisting with user role management permissions and compliance tasks.

Collaborating with administrators to troubleshoot issues and optimize HRSD processes.
