Job Description

Duties:

Managing Shipping and Receiving and overall mailroom operations

Creating domestic & international labels and packing shipments for employees

Sort file and scan mail/packages into our Envoy system

Daily/weekly scanning of mail for departments with time sensitive & important mail - Legal Finance & HR

Keep accurate records of mailroom processes & procedures

Printing room supplies inventory and stocking

Quickly respond to employees requests and inquiries via email slack and ServiceNow tickets

Keep mailroom organized and tidy

Follow-up with employees to pick up packages/mail in a timely manner

Adhere to Oktas security protocols and procedures

Lead clean out projects in Oktas basement & other storage areas

Assist team with conference room configuration resets

Support other workplace tasks as assigned

Skills:

3 years experience in a shipping & receiving role

Strong understanding of international shipping

Excellent communication and customer service skills

High attention to detail organization and follow through

Display self-motivation a sense of urgency and strong sense of initiative to make independent decisions

Strong Computer Skills - Experience using a MacBook Google Suite & Slack

Experience using Envoy and a ticketing system like ServiceNow is a plus

Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and maneuver more

Required in office 5 days a week with an 8:00 AM start time
