Responsibilities
Design develop and maintain ServiceNow applications workflows and modules
Configure and customize forms business rules UI policies and client scripts
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs and web services
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Maintain platform performance troubleshoot issues and implement fixes
Develop reports and dashboards to support operational insights
Ensure adherence to best practices security standards and documentation protocols
