Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Minneapolis MN for a Quality Engineer. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for implementing quality control processes conducting quality assurance tests and ensuring product quality meets industry standards. Daily tasks will include monitoring and auditing quality standards developing quality management systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and adherence to INCERTECs commitment to excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience in Quality Engineering and implementing Quality Control processes
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Product Quality testing methods
- Ability to develop and maintain Quality Management systems
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience in the plating aerospace or medical device industry is preferred
- Experience working with NADCAP and AS9100
