Job Description:
Recruitment is responsible for the process of identifying attracting
interviewing selecting hiring and onboarding employees. In other words it
involves everything from the identification of a staffing need to filling it.
Job Responsibilities:
- Filling the Gap
- Screening Arranging interviews
- Preparing Job offers for new employee
- Greetings welcome package
- Issuance email and Employee ID for the new employee
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Experience:
One to two years of experience.
