Responsible and accountable for:
You are responsible to perform assigned human resource functions under the guidance and supervision of Human Resources Manager/ Director according to the Salehiya human resource policies.
You are responsible to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for the organization develop a talent pipeline works with the business to forecast headcount plans and develop succession plans across the company. When necessary the Recruitment Supervisor/Manager works with the HR director to review all recruitment related policies and procedures. Ultimately the Recruitment Manager takes responsibility for developing the recruitment function into a business-aligned value adds function.
Main tasks:
You will provide professional support and advice on recruitment to line and departmental managers and advice managers on best practice recruitment and selection.
Youll prepare job descriptions and personnel specifications write job advertisements and decide how and where jobs will be advertised design application forms and prepare other recruitment material such as brochures. You may also work on more creative solutions to recruitment especially if it is proving problematic.
You will screen application forms shortlist applicants devise and implement selection processes conduct interviews psychometric tests and personality questionnaires and various group activities.
Youll train staff in interviewing techniques help to relocate staff to new departments and jobs due to restructuring.
Advising on correct recruitment methods
Review recruitment agencies and send to Director for approval.
Instruct recruitment procedure to staffs.
Supervise selection process.
Take part in interview process.
Ensure all recruitment policies procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements.
Reviews employment contracts and send to director.
Supervise the keeping of recruitment records.
Maintains an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions.
Reports all recruitment reports to HR directors.
Manage the recruitment budget.
Designing and developing training and development programs based on both the organizations and the individuals needs.
Evaluating training and development programs.
Conducting appraisals and also participate with the managers for employees evaluation.
Performs other duties and responsibilities in your department of responsibility as required for smooth and efficient operation.
Profile of suitable candidates:
Education & Experience
2-4 years Experience in working with human resource department preferably in Recruitment.
Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Communication skills
Must be able to speak and understand English & Arabic
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to share knowledge and learning
Must have ability and sense of active learning
Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Leadership skills
Must have proven leadership abilities and lead by example
Able to accept criticism and deal calmly and effectively within high stress situations
