Remote Personal Development Consultant Flexible Contractor Role
Location: Remote Open to USA Canada Australia or New Zealand
Engagement: Independent Contractor Part-Time or Full-Time Flexible Hours
Are you a coach facilitator or trainer looking to create a more sustainable income while doing work aligned with your values

This is not a coaching or client-delivery role. Instead it will work very compatibly alongside your practice. Youll be representing and marketing premium personal development programs — giving you a way to support others while building leveraged income outside of billable hours.

Were an established provider of high-quality personal and leadership development programs delivered via online platforms and live virtual events. Were expanding our global team and inviting motivated values-aligned professionals to join us in a remote contract-based role.
This opportunity is ideal for those who are:
- Already working in a coaching training or facilitation capacity
- Looking to diversify income while staying in alignment with personal growth work
- Wanting a time-flexible autonomy-driven business model
This is a performance driven commission role with 80 profit on sale — best suited to self-directed individuals who enjoy engaging others and growing a purposeful business stream.
What Youll Do
- Represent and promote transformational personal development and leadership programs through online and social channels
- Engage in structured conversations with those interested in growth leadership or lifestyle change
- Participate in weekly virtual training and personal development sessions
- Manage your own time and schedule 10-15 hours/week recommended minimum)
- Collaborate with a global supportive network of like-minded professionals in the personal development field
What Were Looking For
- 5 years in coaching training L&D HR education or personal development
- Strong communication and people skills (verbal and written)
- Familiarity with online tools such as Zoom LinkedIn and other social platforms
- Independent self-motivated and aligned with values of personal growth and leadership
- Located in Australia New Zealand USA or Canada
