Generate profit and loss reports using QuickBooks.
Maintain up-to-date and organized financial records.
Reconcile bank accounts and ensure consistency with internal records.
Collaborate with the team to clarify or resolve discrepancies.
Ensure all financial data entries are timely and compliant with basic accounting principles.
Proven experience with QuickBooks (online or desktop).
Strong understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and transaction categorization.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Previous experience categorizing bank transactions into profit and loss elements.
Reliable internet connection and access to necessary tools/software.
