Signal Tru Brand is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to join our team in Charlotte NC. This position is responsible for managing client accounts ensuring satisfaction resolving concerns and maintaining long-term relationships with our valued partners. You will be the primary point of contact for customers and play a key role in driving client success and retention.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison between the company and assigned customer accounts
Develop a strong understanding of client needs and deliver tailored solutions
Ensure timely communication and resolution of customer inquiries and issues
Track account performance and prepare regular reports for clients and management
Collaborate with internal departments to meet client expectations and project deadlines
Identify opportunities to upsell or improve services within existing accounts
Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records and documentation
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field
2 years of experience in account management or customer service
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights
Professional reliable and customer-focused attitude
