Hype Tier is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to serve as the main point of contact for our clients. In this role you will manage client accounts ensure satisfaction and act as a liaison between internal teams and customers. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts
Understand client goals and align our services to meet their needs
Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely delivery of solutions
Monitor and track account performance providing regular updates to clients
Resolve client issues quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction
Identify opportunities to grow accounts and recommend enhancements
Maintain accurate records of client communications and service activities
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications Marketing or a related field
1-3 years of experience in client services account management or customer relations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook)
Experience in CRM systems is a plus
