Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Account Representative to manage client accounts and build long-term relationships. This position plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring smooth communication resolving issues efficiently and providing personalized service to our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
Resolve customer concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Manage account records and updates using internal CRM systems
Analyze client needs and propose suitable service solutions
Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer expectations
Prepare reports and updates on account status
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or a related field preferred
