Job Description
We are currently seeking a Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in written and verbal communication. As Communications Coordinator you will be responsible for organizing and implementing internal and external communications that align with our brand and business objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop edit and distribute internal newsletters press releases and client updates
Coordinate communication strategies across departments to ensure brand consistency
Support the planning and execution of corporate events presentations and client communications
Maintain clear documentation of all communication processes and ensure timely delivery
Prepare and manage content for internal documents client-facing materials and business reports
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of communication initiatives and suggest improvements
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or related field
13 years of experience in a communications or coordination role preferred
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel) and basic graphic editing tools
