We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling global payroll processes specifically in the US region. This is a hybrid role combining both remote and office-based work offering flexibility and a dynamic working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process payroll for employees in the US region.
- Ensure compliance with local state and federal payroll regulations.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Utilize and maintain payroll systems such as UKG and Paylocity.
- Generate and distribute payroll reports.
- Support the implementation of new payroll systems and processes.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations in the respective regions.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing with a focus on US region.
- Proficiency in using payroll systems such as Paylocity Software
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements in the US.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
