The Fuel BU is a world leader in the manufacture of fuels for nuclear power plants and research reactors in the world with R&D design and plant centers on the American and European continent.
Framatome is implementing a new factory for the assembly of fuels for the operation of nuclear power plants in the United Kingdom. This plant will be built in phases to meet short medium and long-term objectives.
The investment project is led by Framatome and must be innovative to meet the challenges of the company and the United Kingdom.
Your mission is to support the project control team in the daily management of all documentation related to the project. We are seeking a motivated person able to facilitate the documentation management of Framatome and all stakeholders engineering companies contractors partners authorities. This role interact daily with multiple persons and needs a facilitator personality. In add to this main role the person will also support the team on various executive assistant role like managing travels organizing workshops supporting visitors etc.
You will be directly managed by the Senior PMO in charge of the project control.
The project activities will take place in UK where the site is located.
For training purpose one or two travels may be required in France (Lyon).
Mission Description
On a day-to-day basis employment requires all or part of the following significant activities:
Contribute to the improvement of processes and tools related to the document management of a project
Contribute to the proper application of documentary standards for the performance of the project
Contribute and participate in regular meetings to collect data from project stakeholders to update the database and manage progress indicators
Contribute to the maintenance of the quality of the documentary data of its scope
Contribute to the definition and feeding of indicators related to document management
Contribute to the management of the document configuration of the EDMS tool in relation to project needs
Coordinate and contribute to the training of users of the EDMS tool
In addition to the activities mentioned above there may be cross-functional roles or missions specific to the organization.
The role also implies to communicate mainly with diverse and diversified interlocutors in a structured way to build cooperation by oral (presentation meeting conduct...) and written (presentation note report...) using collaborative tools.
Interface in particular with the following internal contributors: project team members (PMO design architect construction manager etc.) and Framatome EDMS software support team.
Externally regularly with the following stakeholders: suppliers partners and project customers.
Profile
Will have a demonstrable record of experience in documentation control:
3 years in setting and controlling project documentation
1 year in assisting a project team
Should be autonomous and capable to manage on its own various stakeholders
Must be rigorous
Enjoy to work in a project team.
Candidates with specific experience of the Documentum software will be of particular interest but its not mandatory.
Position Location: Bristol England at the beginning of the project and transfer at site (30 kms from Bristol) in due time.
Professional travels:France Germany and UK.
