Job Description

Via is using technology to transform transportation around the world. From changing a single persons daily commute to reducing humanitys collective environmental footprint weve got huge goals.

As Director of Partner Success youll be the face and voice of Via for our partners in Northern Europe both internally and externally. In this dynamic role youll build genuine and durable customer relationships while converting those relationships into opportunities for long-term revenue growth. You will serve as our partners trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance on operational go-to-market and how Vias product can best serve their goals. Simultaneously you will be an internal advocate for partners with Via by championing for new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each partners service size and scope.

What Youll Do:

  • Define and lead the Partner Success strategy to support regional business goals driving timely and focused execution
  • Develop a vision and strategy for partners by assessing their strengths and weaknesses to assist them in setting and achieving ambitious goals
  • Build deep and trusting long-term relationships with partners by identifying partner pain points providing solutions and recognising opportunities for service growth and revenue generation
  • Analyse service performance data and trends to provide partners with actionable recommendations that improve their services quality efficiency and growth
  • Negotiate and sign contract renewals and service expansions to increase year-on-year revenue from each partnership
  • Strategically navigate your markets unique landscape using research strong analytical skills to build compelling data-driven business cases for our platform and demonstrate our value proposition across a range of verticals.
  • Be a thought partner to clients by educating and consulting with them to develop regional transport plans and find funding mechanisms within your market.
  • Manage a small team ensuring alignment on priorities and fostering a productive and collaborative team environment

Who You Are:

  • You have 10 years of client facing experience with a record of achievement in the Sales Business Development Consulting or similar space with preference for candidates who have worked with the public sector.
  • Relationship builder who remains calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism and celebrates partners successes with them
  • Intuitive communicator; whether in customer conversations product presentations or written proposals you always strike the right tone and communicate persuasively.
  • Quantitatively-inclined and data savvy; you may not be a Tableau expert but you enjoy drawing quick insightful conclusions from complex data sets asking critical questions and synthesising raw numbers into simple actionable recommendations
  • Exceptional commercial intuition and judgment -- you know when to push and when to yield in maximising the value of a potential deal.
  • A reliable motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality. You enjoy fast-paced environments arent deterred by setbacks or pivots and thrive in roles requiring a very high degree of responsibility.
  • An excellent team player; youre a meaningful individual contributor and a mentor to others on your team. You view successes as team efforts and enjoy working with others.
  • Expertise in renewals up-selling and developing relationships with senior level officials and executives
  • Willing to travel 25-50% as needed
