Were Hiring: Senior Manager & Manager Accounting Public Practice
Location: St Catherine or Hamilton Mid-sized Public Accounting Firm Full-Time Hybrid Flexibility

Our client a well-established public accounting firm is expanding - and were looking for two key hires: a Senior Manager and a Manager of Accounting.
These are exciting leadership roles for experienced professionals ready to take charge of non-assurance review work contribute to firm-wide excellence across audit accounting and tax provisions and help mentor the next generation of public accounting professionals.
Your ImpactIn this role youll:

Oversee and review non-assurance engagements and client service deliverables

Coach and supervise staff accountants and junior team members

Contribute to technical quality across the firms service lines - from audit and tax to advisory and training initiatives

Lead and participate in special projects technical research and client problem-solving
5 years of progressive public accounting experience
At least 1 year reviewing staff-prepared engagement files
Deep knowledge of Canadian corporate tax
Advanced skills in Caseware Caseview Taxprep and Microsoft Office
Strong technical research abilities and the confidence to reach sound conclusions
A proactive team player who can also lead with clarity and purpose
Enjoys working as a team member and likes to collaborate at work
Known for outstanding oral and written communication
Well-organized deadline-driven and relationship-focused
