Czarnowski is one of the four studios of the Czarnowski Collective. It combines operations strategy design and fabrication to create exhibits and events that engage communities generate brand enthusiasm and educate consumers. Its been over 75 years since we opened our doors but were still not resting on our reputation or accolades. The Purpose:
The Account Director is the leading daily interface within each existing client relationship. He or she is responsible for overseeing all client contact and all customer activity. This person holds overall responsibility for maintaining and growing existing customer relationships. Their focus is on developing key customer accounts and working with sales and management to support growth opportunities within client programs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: evaluating client exhibit needs recommending potential solutions and overseeing internal workflow and changes. Account Directors will also direct the daily work activity of account managers and project managers assigned to assist in the execution of client activities. In addition to this job description the person in this position is responsible for operating within and managing to Czarnowskis standard operating procedures.
Travel is required and may be extensive at times. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a prerequisite along with appropriate computer skills. A college degree is preferred but may not be required in all circumstances.
This position will be evaluated against this job description with an emphasis on developing higher level and stronger customer relationships.
