Job Description

As an Account Director youll build new partnerships work closely with our Marketing Product and Customer Success teams and turn conversations into business. Youll represent VONQ to the outside world and help shape how we go to market.

Pitching connecting and inspiring youll be at the forefront of recruitment marketing innovation working in a team that challenges the status quo.

Key responsibilities

  • Grow share of wallet: Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to expand our footprint across multiple business units regions or brands.
  • Renew and retain: Lead the renewal process and ensure long-term partnerships by proving ROI and aligning with client goals.
  • Cross- and upsell: Actively pitch new services and solutions tailored to your clients recruitment challenges.
  • Pipeline and forecasting: Maintain a healthy pipeline track client performance and forecast revenue accurately in Salesforce.
  • Client consulting: Understand the hiring needs goals and challenges of your clients and advise them on how to achieve success with VONQ.
  • Campaign coordination: Collaborate with our Marketing Product and Customer Success teams to launch successful job marketing and automation campaigns.
  • Represent VONQ externally: Meet clients face-to-face at industry events on-site workshops and networking opportunities.

Qualifications :

  • Completed Bachelors or Masters degree or relevant experience
  • At least 4 years of experience in sales account management or relationship management ideally in recruitment SaaS or HR tech
  • Strong communication and networking skills you know how to connect with people and drive conversations forward
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution power
  • Fluent English (Dutch is a plus) other European languages are a plus too
  • Commercial mindset with a natural drive to understand customer challenges and offer solutions
