0Job Description Summary:
Assists Administration and Directors in the day-to-day management of operations. Serves as designee in the absence of Nurse Executive and other members of the Senior Leadership Team Directors and Managers. Directs evaluates and supervises activities programs projects and personnel that achieve hospital goals in accordance with hospital policy The Joint Commission standards Title XXII and California regulations.Job Requirements Prerequisites and Essential Functions:
EDUCATION
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Bachelors degree in Nursing or Health Management preferred
EXPERIENCE
Three (3) years of acute care clinical experience with recent and progressively more responsible leadership and management experience.
LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATIONS
Registered Nurse Required at hire
Basic Life Support Required within 90 days of hire
Integrative Agitation Management (IAM) Required within 30 days of hire
PREREQUISITE SKILLS
1. Demonstrates evidence of continuing professional development
2. Effective verbal non-verbal and written communication skills
3. Ability to manage change through collaborative and positive leadership skills
4. Ability to successfully manage stress for self in an intermittently stressful environment

The compensation for this role listed on this posting is in compliance with applicable law. The selected candidates compensation will be determined based on the individuals skills experience internal/market equity factors and qualifications. This posted minimum and maximum range represents the minimum and maximum of what we reasonably expect to compensate for the position. Furthermore all compensation decisions are ultimately determined in accordance with our compensation philosophy. Compensation for positions covered by collective bargaining agreements are governed by the agreements in the aforementioned document.
