Overview
Responsibilities
Resource Capacity Planning: Manages future resource utilization of project resources against available capacity to do work.
Project Delivery Roadmap: Build a consolidated roadmap for all projects ITS is involved with including projects from various portfolios and programs.
Work Intake: Assists in managing the development of program and project proposals and advancing them to the governance board for a go/no-go decision.
Mentor portfolio program and project managers on portfolio management activities and establish portfolio management policies and procedures.
Assist with risk management stakeholder communication and performance monitoring of projects at any point in the project lifecycle.
Help project teams and senior leaders follow through on agreed upon processes.
Advocate and educate key stakeholders on the importance of portfolio management to drive enterprise value.
