Job Description
Job Title: Assembly Lead
Pay: $26$32/hr (DOE)
Location: Tulsa OK
Shift: 1st Shift Monday through Thursday 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Occasional weekend work may be required based on production needs.

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assembly Lead to supervise a group of assemblers on 1st shift. The ideal candidate will bring strong mechanical expertise proven leadership experience and a hands-on results-driven approach to promoting productivity quality and safety on the production floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 612 assemblers within the assembly department
- Coordinate daily assignments ensuring alignment with the production schedule
- Oversee quality control and assembly accuracy for all builds
- Train and mentor both new and existing team members on procedures and best practices
- Communicate effectively with production supervisors quality assurance and engineering
- Ensure proper and safe use of hand and power tools; maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Interpret and verify blueprints drawings and technical work instructions
- Monitor and report team performance; escalate concerns as needed
- Enforce safety protocols and uphold company policies
Qualifications
- 3 years of mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing setting
- 1 year of leadership experience (as a Lead Trainer or Supervisor)
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading mechanical components and fastening systems
- Skilled in troubleshooting process improvement and team motivation
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead by example and hold team members accountable to performance and safety standards
Work Environment
This is a hands-on leadership position within a fast-paced industrial environment. The facility is not climate-controlled and may involve exposure to loud noise dust and metal particles. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)including hearing protection safety glasses and steel-toed bootsis required.
