Job Description
Schedule: M- F 8am - 5pm
Overtime based on business needs.
What you will do -
- Process daily order requests received through the branch orders inbox.
- Check with branch warehouses and excess inventory (JREX/TREX) for possible reallocations before ordering additional implants/instruments.
- Work with JR/Trauma & FA/UE CBO/Comm Ops to obtain necessary approvals and forward approved orders to Mahwah Customer Service or Arlington for order upload.
- Send confirmation emails to sales teams with order details once orders are entered.
- Request expedited shipping when required and track orders to provide delivery details upon request.
- Procure approvals from the Regional IPM when required by providing justification for the request.
- Handle daily communications (emails phone calls chats) from the field with various requests
- Provide training and process documentation for team members.
- Support other regions with inventory and order processes as needed.
What you need -
Required -
- 2 years of relevant experience
- High school or equivalent
Preferred -
- Order management inventory management or a related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word) and experience with Oracle JDE or SAP systems
$26.75 per hour plus bonus eligible benefits.
