Job Title: Showroom/Sales Coordinator Business Development Center

Location: Skyline Ford Salem OR
Position Type: Full-Time Hourly Bonus
Reports To: Business Development Center Manager

We are expanding our Business Development Center and are looking for a dynamic Showroom/Sales Coordinator to join our team.

Position Overview:

The Showroom/Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing a welcoming and organized environment for customers who visit our showroom. This customer-facing role is designed to enhance the customer experience by managing showroom traffic assisting with initial inquiries and helping to convert leads into appointments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills a customer-first mindset and experience in using CRM tools (preferably VINsolutions) to nurture client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Reception: Greet clients as they enter the showroom ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Traffic Management: Direct showroom traffic ensuring clients are efficiently connected to the appropriate sales staff or resources.
  • Lead Management: Use VINsolutions CRM to manage and track customer information including administering email and text marketing campaigns to engage existing clients.
  • Appointment Setting: Respond to inbound leads from marketing efforts (email text etc.) qualify the interest and schedule appointments with the appropriate sales team members.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales department to ensure smooth transitions of leads and appointments maintaining communication throughout the sales process.
  • Sales Support: Assist with follow-up on leads and maintain a high level of customer engagement ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed key performance metrics such as appointment scheduling customer follow-up and sales conversion.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferably in an automotive or sales environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems with VINsolutions experience a plus.
  • Comfortable handling high volumes of customer interactions via phone email and text.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
  • Professional positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Sales experience or a background in marketing is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Hourly pay with bonus structure based on appointments and sales.
  • Full benefits package available after eligibility period.
