What youll be doing

As a Head of Business Development Strategic Accounts youll play a key role in architecting a unified sales ecosystem driving exponential revenue and market share growth building a high-performance and championing a data-driven sales culture. Heres what your day-to-day will look like:

In this role embodying ownership and a commitment to craving impact you will be expected to deliver significant results by:

  • Leading Complex Deal Navigation & Executive Sponsorship Guiding the enterprise sales team through complex long-cycle sales processes for both online and in-store strategic accounts personally engaging with key decision-makers and acting as executive sponsor for the most strategic deals to ensure successful closing.

  • Driving High-Stakes Negotiation & Key Relationship Architecture Leading negotiations for high-value multifaceted contracts ensuring maximum client value while protecting company profitability and developing strong long-lasting relationships with key corporate clients and strategic partners.

  • Driving Strategic Business Development Developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to identify pursue and secure strategic accounts. This includes continuously refining the approach to align with company revenue goals and the ongoing launch of new products actively participating in defining their go-to-market strategies.

  • Owning Market & Competitive Intelligence Conducting continuous in-depth research to identify market trends customer behavior shifts competitive threats and untapped opportunities providing actionable intelligence to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Defining Process & Methodology Defining documenting and optimizing business development processes playbooks and methodologies for both omnichannel and online channels to create an effective efficient scalable and profitable system.

  • Providing Coaching & Performance Management Delivering continuous constructive coaching mentorship and feedback to foster a culture of excellence accountability and results across the sales team.

  • Designing Sales Enablement & Training Programs Developing and implementing comprehensive programs to upskill the team in consultative B2B selling and modern digital sales tools and methodologies.

  • Owning CRM System & Sales Technology Stack Serving as the ultimate business owner for the CRM system ensuring optimal configuration driving adoption and managing a sophisticated technology stack to enhance productivity and provide data-driven insights.

  • Defining & Analyzing KPI Framework Establishing tracking and analyzing a robust set of sales KPIs providing clear insights into business health through regular insightful performance reports to senior leadership and the board.

You will lead and mentor high-performing teams collaborate closely with peers with structured communication and transparency demonstrating a commitment to integrity and ownership.

What were looking for

We are seeking a proven leader with a distinguished track record of success in driving strategic initiatives and achieving significant business growth within relevant sectors.

You will lead by example combining ambition with purpose drive impactful results and cultivate ownership and continuous improvement in our dynamic environment.

  • 10-15 years of progressive sales experience with at least 7-10 years in a significant leadership role (e.g. Head of Sales; Director of Sales) managing both individual contributors and sales managers.

  • Demonstrable and quantifiable track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in both complex B2B/enterprise sales (long cycles high contract values) and online/e-commerce sales (data-driven funnel optimization).

  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-growth technology or SaaS environment.

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.

  • A rare blend of strategic vision operational expertise and inspirational leadership.
